Well, Zuri and I were trapped inside all week because we decided it was time for Zuri to be introduced to the toilet beast! On one of the days Zuri got really annoyed because a fly landed on her head. She started screaming and basically had a panic attack. So I finally had the idea to let her man the fly swatter after she had been clinging to me for about 20 minutes because she was so afraid the bug would touch her again. haha. Well, boy was she impowered!! She would NOT put the fly swatter down because it was her safety weapon!!!
Potty training went well. Day 1: 7 accidents (only 1 on the carpet and 1 on me) and 8 successes; Day 2: 2 accidents before 9 am and too many successes to count including staying dry during nap and nighttime! Day 3: no accidents; Day 4: 1 accident at a friend's house because she refused to sit on the toilet; Day 5, 6 and hopefully many, many more: no accidents (this includes at church)!
